How does it Work?

The seamless integration between InterAction and the Vx platform allows mailing lists created in InterAction to be available directly from the Vx control panel.

This works by querying the InterAction database for mailing lists and presenting this list in Vx. An InterAction list can be selected and when an email campaign is queued to be sent, Vx sends an email to each contact in the InterAction list. Emails sent, opened and the links clicked in the email are written back as activities against that contact in InterAction.

Bouncebacks are processed automatically and bounceback errors are highlighted in each list so that data can be cleaned up directly from the Vx interface. The system automatically suggests the correct email address based on other users from that company with valid addresses.

Each contact in Vx and InterAction has their own dynamically created profile page which can be sent to them via email or accessed through a web portal. This profile page can be tailored to display, collect and update profile information and preferences. The range of profile information made available can be customised. Once a contact has saved their preference this information is automatically written back to InterAction.

Vx has a built in form builder tool that can be used for data capture tasks such as newsletter sign up and event registration. These forms can be pushed out to InterAction contacts and the results written back against the contact. The system can also create new contacts from these forms.
