LexisNexis Users
In March of 2009, we completed our integration with the LexisNexis CRM package InterAction.
The seamless integration means that users of Vx can automatically (without any manual imports or exports) interact with data from InterAction.
Users of email marketing can select lists from InterAction. Updates are automatically written (via DCM) back into InterAction from Vx.
User activity such as emails sent and opened, client activity on a web page and specific client requests - such as RSVP's are all seemlessly written back against the client file.
